Registration fee includes all events offered at the 2025 FASD January Quarterly Meeting, unless otherwise noted.
Member: $175.00 - Non-Member: $250.00 - Guest Registration: $125.00 A guest may not be affiliated to your company/organization/district.
Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To pay by credit card, please call 850-999-1967. A 3% Convenience Fee will be added to all payments made by credit card. This fee will be due at the time of credit card payment and is non-refundable. Make checks payable to "FASD" and mail to: 120 S Monroe Street Tallahassee FL 32301 ACH payments can be accepted online, when you check-out. Cancellations can be made by calling Angela at 850-999-1967 or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations will not be accepted after December 20, 2024. All cancellations will be charged a $15 cancellation fee for attendees and $50 for sponsors.
